Woke up this morning and my air was not working. Called Deep Blue Air and they had someone come out within two hours. They did a wonderful job getting my air on again. I believe the technician was Ben and he was great. These guys care about their clients.
Deep Blue Air installed my unit this morning. I highly recommend them, they’re top notch, service was very good, fair estimate, professional, all stats in the contract, they called me periodically until install date. I’ll be having my yearly maintenance with them too. Thank you.
I would 100% recommend Deep Blue Air! I had guests scheduled to stay in our condo and when I went to check to make sure everything was ready for their arrival, I discovered the AC not working. I called Deep Blue Air that night and Jim answered the phone (was expecting to leave a message) and they came out and fixed it the next day in time for my guests to arrive! What a lifesaver they were to help so fast. Then, Phil called me to follow up the same day to make sure everything was good- they explained everything, were courteous and affordable. It is hard to find good people who truly care (half the time you cannot even get a call back) but Deep Blue Air's owner and employees do really care- thank you!

Deep Blue replaced my aged system Aug 9th with a 3T Ruud unit. Caleb and his guys did it in a quick day and were very clean, quiet and orderly. The unit works great and corresponding with Carrie for invoicing and warranty documentation has been very easy. Highly recommend their service.

One of two ac units stoped working. I called Deep Blue at 8:05 am on Friday morning. By 12:45 pm Ben from Deep Blue showed up. By 1:00 pm Ben had diagnosed and found the issue. Needless to say, it was repaired shortly after. I work with lots of AC technicians and never received the professionalism that I received from Deep Blue.
The ac technician was very nice, and explained everything well. Even offered extra advice to keep the ac unit running efficiently. He arrived during the time frame given, and did a great job communicating what went wrong. It's great having cold air again, I really appreciate it.

Cannot recommend Philip Perry with Deep Blue Air enough. Our AC went out at our house. I called Phil and he was right there ready to act. He was on his phone answered in a timely manner. Deep Blue Air is always right there ready for anything.
They came out within an hour of our late afternoon call. The technician was friendly, efficient and informative. Took all of 15 minutes and he had our house ice cold! Would definitely recommend!

Deep Blue airs tech (Ben) was awesome. He came out to the house to do a seasonal maintenance. We got ours monies worth...super thorough. This company is nothing but good to us. They help me sleep at night. I don't have to worry about my Hvac system..they do it for me.
UPDATE: I've been using these guys since 2017 and they are solid ss a rock! Great service, communication and value. Always! Deep Blue Air makes it easy to maintain my A/C in tip top shape and my home at a comfortable temp year round. The techs are always polite, professional, tidy and on-time. Their customer service is excellent. Professional and punctual. Call the office on Monday morning and Carrie was professional and listened to my concerns with the AC. 2 hours later, their service tech Matt came out and did a thorough job troubleshooting the issue of a wet AC filter. He was professional and personable. He took the time to explain the issue, after he resolved why the AC filter was wet. Can’t say enough good things about Deep Blue Air and their customer service. We tried several AC companies and wasted thousands of dollars for “repairs” that never seemed to fix our problem. Deep Blue Air sent Max out to look at our system and he is the best! He found the problem right away and gave us options for repairing / replacing our system. So glad we finally found a good AC company!
